Experience family living with four bedrooms, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom in the master, a second bathroom, a separate study area, and an open concept living and dining areas with a fully functional kitchen. The moment you walk into the apartment, you will be immediately captivated by its enormous and well-lit 'hub of the home' living and dining areas. These spaces are enhanced by high ceilings, feature bulkheads, high-quality downlights, polished character concrete floors, and chic decor throughout. Additional features include a ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and a huge laundry area in the second bathroom. This property offers a secured carpark for 2 vehicles at $25 per car per night. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. We look forward to hosting you! \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ You will be asked to agree to a standard terms and conditions form upon booking. We are unable to list it directly here. You may be asked to provide your ID and proof of payment before check-in. Should you have any issues with the T&Cs you may cancel immediately free of charge. We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out.
