Close to the CBD with a bus just a 2 minute walk away. Large well equipped kitchen. But why go to the city when the Hyde Park Shopping, Cafe and bar precinct, on King William Road, is a lazy 10 minute walk with beautiful Heywood Park enjoyed along the way? The Unley, Malvern and Mitcham shopping centres are again a few minutes drive or 15 minute walk.
