The town house itself was new and clean, which contributed to a very comfortable experience. The only drawback I noted was the lack of a ground-floor toilet. Furthermore although there was supposed to be a parking dedicated to the property we could not access it as someone had parked a trailer in the designated parking space. When we tried to get assistance regarding the parking neither the provided phone or email contacts for Expedia through whom we booked the property, were working and we could not raise any response. This is unacceptable and we will never use Expedia again. Unfortunately this lack of service from Expedia left us with a less favourable view of the property.
