Popular Glenelg offers something for everyone including sailing, canoeing/kayaking, fishing, swimming, dolphin cruises cycling, beach sports, golf, the Bay Discovery Centre. Many bars and restaurants have live entertainment every evening. For youngsters there is the Beach house family fun centre with three enclosed heated water slides, play castle, dodgem cars and mini golf. It is in a central position for visits to the wineries in the Barossa, Clare, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale. South Australia's brand new Aquatic centre in Marion is close by, as is Westfield Marion and Harbour Town discount stores for great shopping. 10 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the City by car.
