She made our stay very comfortable right from the checkin process to the check out. The thing that took it from good to excellent for us were the little touches like: - The way Jo went out of the way to make our toddlers stay great; the new port-a-cot, high chair, toys, baby shower gel, etc. Our stay was comfortable because our toddler was engaged with toys and activities. He referred to our stay as his "special home". - Well appointed kitchen with appliances, crocery and cutlery. - The coffee machine was a nice touch. - A bottle of wine to welcome us. - Some frozen food in the freezer, and drinks in the fridge. - Self contained BBQ. - Shed had activities for the whole family (ping pong table too). - Two living spaces to separate the adults and kids. - Zoned centralised heating and cooling. - Little patch of green in the rear for the quiet evenings. - Proximity to the beach.
