Our apartments are fully equipped for longer stays, with your own kitchen, living, dining and laundry areas. Located just across from the Adelaide Central Markets, you will find a thriving hub of food and culture right at your doorstep. Only a short 5 minute walk away, the Adelaide Metro tram stop awaits you with free travel to Rundle Mall for shopping, and the Adelaide Casino. We use 5-star hotel quality bedding and linen (100% cotton sheets) in all of our rooms. There is a gym for guests to use, located on ground floor with access via key card. Our apartment is located on level 11 with a spacious balcony for fresh air. An overview of the rooms and features inside your apartment can be found below. Arriving at the property at night it is confronting with adjacent deserted properties and poor lighting. Accessing the key safe in a less than “unsafe” environment. The level where the apartment was, it was pitch black in the corridor. The apartment itself was neat and tidy. The furniture is far from luxury, clearly not cleaned regularly with couch covered in stains. No furniture on the balcony, making the space useless - different to what was advertised. Don’t look too closely as cleaning is not at standard. Mould in shower. Suggest to close your eyes in the lifts, absolutely filthy. The foyer had a high pitched alarm sound ringing the entire time even after we asked about it. Tried to contact manager on several occasions and never had response.
