It features city views, close to restaurants, shopping mall as well as the most popular beaches, public transport and equipped with fast internet connection and home office corner, with PC table and smart 23" monitor.  
  
The apartment with a terrace and sea views has 1 bedroom, a living room, a 55"smart TV, an equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
