Nice apartment with partial ocean view a few steps from the shopping center of San Eugenio and Gran Sur. bus stop 20 meters away.   
Very well maintained complex with two swimming pools, one of which is heated.  
Terrace for relaxing, equipped with all the comforts for your stay.  
Equipped kitchen, television in the room and in the living room, free Wifi.  
Very quiet and convenient area to easily reach all services, restaurants, bars, cinemas, Puerto Colon beach.  
The San Eugenio shopping center is a 10-minute walk away.  
at 50 meters there is a small Laguna 2 supermarket.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Really helpful hosts, I would definitely recommend. The apartment is small, as advertised, but ample for our needs and very clean. Great for a couple! We would be more than happy to stay again.

We absolutely loved this little apartment, everything that we needed, some days we didn't even leave the apartment. was a real home from home feeling. And having a washing machine made all the difference. Really didn't want to come home. Fantastic :)
