« Staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel was 45-minute drive from Lake Guntersville State Park (thought it was closer). A/C unit shook and rattled the entire 2-night stay, made it tough during the night. Tried to use UberEats to get food delivered and it was never claimed so that was a failure. The hotel did have plenty of parking and also had a charging station for electric vehicles. »

« Staff was super friendly, great customer service and the breakfast was really good. We slept very well. Smoking rooms on the some floor/hall could be smelled from our room but once our room AC was running and we put towels down by the bottom of the door it cut out the smoke smell and we were able to sleep comfortably. »

« We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. « The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was a quaint little town and we enjoyed the Christmas parade and Christmas in the Park. The only issue we had was the bad weather, so we couldn’t get out and explore like we had planned. »

« The cabin was everything we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable and it was extremely clean. Porch was great and the fire pit with the swings was an added plus. Dock and boat ramp were convenient and easily accessed. The neighborhood is low key which is a plus when factoring in the short walk to the dock. Overall a great property that I would recommend! »
