Mauvaise isolation phonique … réveillés par le passage de clients dans l’escalier très grinçant et des suisses allemands longtemps bruyants jusqu’à 2 heures et demi du matin et qui n’avaient visiblement que faire des autres. Seul le petit-déjeuner était excellent. La restauration avait l’air de très bon niveau, mais vu les circonstances, nous avons dîné ailleurs. On est loin des standards d’hospitalité et d’attention accordés au client. Le seul standard bien conforme à l’image suisse réside dans le prix payé. Ancien élève de l’EHL.
