You will be staying in a 3-room house with a total area of 70 square meters. The spacious, practical, and cozy furnishings include an open living/dining room with a panoramic window featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The living/dining room provides access to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. There is also a separate WC on the same level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The house is equipped with electric heating for your comfort. On the lower ground floor, you will find one room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and access to the garden, as well as another room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and access to the garden. There is also a shower/WC on this level. The upper floor, accessible by a spiral staircase, features an open gallery with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm x 200 cm).  
  
Other Information  
The property boasts a garden with deck chairs and a sitting area, offering panoramic views of the mountains and valley. Additional facilities include an iron, children's high chair, baby cot (for up to 2-year-olds, available at an extra cost), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is provided. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and up to 2 pets/dogs are allowed. Some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan layout, such as the gallery or alcove, rather than enclosed bedrooms. The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom available for your vacation stay.
