The house, in the elegant main street of the city, a few steps from Piazza Duomo, is inside an ancient noble palace.  
For groups of friends or large families, it is also possible to book my other two houses in the palace "Le Dimore del Corso Acireale I - Sicily Stay, between Catania, Taormina the Sea and Etna" and "Le Dimore del Corso Acireale II - Sicily Stay, between Catania, Taormina the Sea and Etna";  
the private parking in the internal courtyard and the elevator are very much appreciated by guests;  
the house has recently been renovated and furnished, taking care of its aesthetic appearance and functionality.. the large and very comfortable double beds, the two bathrooms, the 43-inch televisions and the air conditioning, winter and summer, ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.  
The kitchenette is equipped with a dining table, induction hob with various dishes, kettle, coffee machine, electric oven and microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer;  
Perfect for families with children: baby accessories available upon reservation: strollers, cribs, high chairs, Stokke Tripp Trapp chair and bath tub.  
Despite being in a quiet and safe neighborhood, right in front of the State Police, there are video surveillance cameras in the external areas of the building.

The perfect home for an unforgettable holiday near Catania, Taormina, the sea, and Mount Etna, in the heart of Acireale—a baroque city famous for its historic center, its spectacular Carnival (both winter and summer editions, among the most beautiful in Italy), and its charming seaside villages, where you can enjoy traditional Sicilian cuisine.  
The house is located inside a recently renovated historic building on the city’s main street, the central Corso Umberto, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Sebastiano, true architectural gems.  
Its strategic position makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily. The A18 highway entrance is just a few minutes away, ensuring easy access.  
Catania Airport can be reached in just 30 minutes via the highway.  
Situated on the most elegant street in the historic center, the house is surrounded by everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs, and shops of all kinds are just a short walk away.  
Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of nearby Catania, which can still be easily reached in just 20 minutes.  
Nature lovers will be able to enjoy breathtaking landscapes thanks to the proximity of the majestic Mount Etna (just 30 minutes away) and the stunning Alcantara Gorges (35 minutes away).  
The splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theater and Isola Bella, is only a 30-minute drive via the highway. Syracuse, with its Greek Theater and the island of Ortigia, is just over an hour away, while in 75 minutes, you can catch a hydrofoil to visit the enchanting Aeolian Islands.  
For art, history, and nature enthusiasts, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away via the highway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over a two-hour drive.
