The sunrises over the river were a perfect way to start our mornings. We had 2 families with 4 kids and a grandpa. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space when they wanted it. Lots of games, pool table, poker table, darts - lots of ways to stay entertained when we weren't at the baseball field!For those heading to the area for Ripken, it was only 15 minutes away with plenty of restaurants, gas station, stores within 8 minutes or so. Great location! It is definitely a good spot to stay with a large family or friends for a few days with plenty to do (relaxing on the dock, play games inside, not too far from Baltimore and other nice towns, etc). The host was great and very communicative as well.The only downsides were details around cleanliness and the check-out procedures. The house itself was overall fine, but there dishes left in the dishwasher that we had to put away, the bottom rooms didn't get a lot of airflow, and the outside areas needed a good sweeping. While no one minds helping out a little when it comes to cleaning for check-out, there were a lot of instructions around trash, moving linens, etc., that made the final morning a little more hectic than at other rentals, especially with a move out time of 10:30 (highly recommend moving that to 11 at minimum to let groups that sleep in more enjoy their final morning).This all said, would definitely still recommend!
