The unit was very clean and spacious enough for me, traveling alone. The kitchen was pretty well stocked (though missing a spatula), the decor was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was cool. Regarding the area, the unit is about a half mile from HSU, but the area is not really walkable so a car is necessary.
