We chose this area because it's super close to the hospital and universities, and recent developments are making this area better and better every day. Please do not book our space if you read this and are uncomfortable with this and then give us a bad review for location. After telling owner 3 x that we are not traveling w/pets, we get to house and find patio furniture FILTHY. Cushions, on both sides, dirty and animal hair! We washed 3 chairs, so that we could sit on them. Thank you for the lovely bag of dog poop left on patio for us to throw away since your cleaning crew evidentally never stepped foot on patio. The house inside was clean and there is a park nearby. ##### DeLena S. Communication was amazing. There was hiccup with air conditioner and the repair guys were there within an hour. The neighborhood looks rough.
