A noter la réactivité du veilleur de nuit pour l’installation d’un lit d’appoint dans notre chambre et sans supplément. Seul bémol, le manque d’explication sur le site concernant le paiement qui s’effectue lors de la réservation et la procédure de pré autorisation demandée par l’établissement qui entraîne le paiement en double de la prestation, en attendant son remboursement.

Au départ mauvaise indication quant à l'endroit de notre chambre...il y a le côté cottage et le côté hôtel...on nous a indiqué le côté cottage...mais soit, tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Restaurant et bar fermés à notre arrivée, 21.00. Le restaurant étant fermé ce lundi soir et à 1ère vue aussi le mardi soir. Pour le reste, parking aisé. Calme. Petit-déjeuner standard, pour une qualité moyenne...

Hôtel etape
Réservation faite dans cette hôtel pour les Highland Games dans la même ville. Réservation en demi pension mais nous avons du payer le diner sur place ?!? Seul le petit déjeuner a été proposé gratuitement ... Horaires imposés pour les enfants à la piscine, esprit très résidence années 60. J'ai eu l'impression de faire un bond en arrière mais les cottages à l'écart ont l'air sympathiques.

charmant hôtel dans un environnement calme
hôtel très agréable dans un cadre calme et verdoyant les chambres sont propres et spacieuses bonne base de départ pour les visites dans la région comme la distillerie Edradour et le château de Glamis nous n'avons pas pu essayer le restaurant de l'hôtel car fermé à l'improviste , par contre n'allez surtout pas à leur restaurant / caféteria. Les ingrédients ne correspondent pas forcément à ce qui est indiqué dans la carte et les fritures sont faites dans une huile beaucoup trop chaude. Mon mari a été malade pendant plusieurs jours. par contre, je recommande vivement le Restaurant at Ailean Chraggan, pas très loin de l'hôtel

Excellent, en pleine nature, spacieux et calme, dommage que nous ayons pris uniquement une seule nuit car pas mal de balades aux alentours et la piscine en rentrant le soir est très appréciée par les enfants. Accessibilité et équipements pour les personnes à mobilité réduite dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Pour revenir sans aucun doute.

Très bon hôtel avec toutes commodités, nous avons profité de la piscine, jaccuzzi, hammam et sauna. La chambre est très spacieuse,très calme avec une grande baignoire duo pour se prélasser après piscine. Genial

Impossible de dormir toute la nuit un spot projetait sur la fenêtre de la chambre (sans rideau occultant ) une très forte lumière la baignant d une luminosité hyper genante Effectivement nous n avions pas payé cher, mais après une nuit, je comprends pourquoi.

Property was good and spacious.Had problems with Tv remote, not switching on, had batteries replaced but no difference. Exterior of property could do with a clean up. Enjoyed stay and thought it was good value.

I stayed with my 8 year old grandson and the only disappointment was the games room. It only had a pool table, I was hoping for a bit more for his age group.

Love Moness, its a great place for a relaxing time away. There is a small kids play area that could do with a few extra items and the pool was a little cool this time but that aside we will definitely be back.

Cabin hadnt been hoovered, broken shelf in fridge, one very overpriced resteraunt open after 5pm, no lifeguards at pool, pool water freezing - so cold that all 20 swimmers had leftlong before the session was over

In need of updating
Good sized cottage, all basics provided. But decor in bad need of updating, cupboard were falling apart, carpet beyond dirty and bed so uncomfortable we considered leaving early.

Hotel stay our Rom was big but very nosey with people upstairs also we decided to have dinner service was soooooo slow staff were ok but then after long wait after getting dinner 15 min wait for bill we actually went up and payed at the bar as no one came back to us. Fridge in room not turned on and stank will not stay again. Only positive was breakfast was lovely

We went for a last minute 2 night escape. We had a 2 bedroom cottage and were amazed at the space. Everything was perfectly clean. The bathrooms appear to have been renovated recently. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and an evening meal one night. We ate in the hotel restaurant one night and can’t fault the food. It did feel a little expensive but no complaints. We wandered into Aberfeldy on the Saturday and had lunch at a lovely place we stumbled across, the three lemons, highly recommended. Some lovely walks around the resort. We used the pool and hot tub and again no complaints. Couldn’t fault any of the staff who were all very pleasant and happy to help or advise. We will be back and have already recommended to others. Our only gripe would be the 10am checkout time, 11am feels more normal but guess with the size of the cottages and resort there is a lot of cleaning to be done on a changeover day.

Nice room very comfortable and spacious, Due to weather conditions on the 27th dec the power went down for a while however it did go back on later that day then they had problems with the boilers so unfortunately no hot water for the rest of my stay. There was showers in the changing rooms at the pool but as you can imagine they would be busy. Anyway apart for that i had a great time and wouldnt hesitate to return .

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved the cottage. The only issue was the mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable. Apart from that the cottage is well appointed and the whole estate is lovely as are all the staff we encountered.

Spa facilities, hot tub broken, steam room broken, sauna working but a big wooden panel broken and hanging off the wall and the pool, too crowded. Dinner at their restaurant, the food was ok. The menu was very limited so we ended up getting 5 starters to make a tapas style meal. Bedroom, bed was very old. As soon as you sat on it you were hitting the hard base. The bathroom, very clean but very dated. Beautiful stand alone Victorian style bath ruined by rust around the plug hole and various other spots. Would not recommend, sorry Moness.

Grounds are lovely and ideal location however, Changing room at pool had a very strong smell of urine. We stayed in the hotel, we were kept up most of the night by the sound of the room above walking about, flushing the toilet etc. there was also a large green fire exit light in the room that lit the room up all night.
