Enjoy the incredible small, but luxury apartment in the newly established neighborhood of "Ceres Byen", in Aarhus City.  
  
A beautiful and cozy 1-bedroom apartment located in the vibrant and very comfortable building "Trælasten", giving you groceries, coffee shops and the city center only a few minutes walk away. A truly convenient location with high quality amenities and furniture.  
  
The apartment is fully serviced and maintained by our professional team, to ensure the property is always in the best shape.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment is fully furnished with exclusive furniture, highly inspired by the Scandinavian design. It is also equipped with all the amenities you need. Bed linens, towels, kitchenware, shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, coffee-machine and much more.  
  
The bedroom offers a comfortable double-bed with blackout curtains, to make sure you get a good nights sleep.   
  
The living room is equipped with a sofa, a smart TV, a round dining table and beautiful decorations to make sure you can unwind peacefully.  
  
The kitchen holds all the amenities and equipment you need to show off your cooking skills, along with a dishwasher, coffee maker, a kettle, an oven and a stove.   
  
The bathroom is a full bathroom with both a shower, toilet and washing / drying facilities. The bathroom offers shampoo, conditioner and soaps, along with detergent for washing clothes in the washing machine. Additionally, you will have fresh and clean towels for body, floor and hands for your entire stay. You will also find ironing equipment in the apartment, should you need to sharpen your look.  
  
On the balcony, you will find a table and seats, so you can enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea out in the open.
