« Horrible experience. Checked right our after checking in. Room was under construction. Had no curtains, sink was not installed and laying on the counter, light fixture was taken apart and laying on the counter, cabinet doors were missing, fridge was disconnected and in the middle of the floor. Said they would approve a refund but haven't to date so I've paid for 2 nights and was in the room less than 5 minutes. »

« L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenêtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation très très bruyants. De plus pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consécutives... Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recréditée sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois après la 1ere nuit passée à Phoenix !! Très pratique qd on est déjà rentré en France ! C'est le seul hôtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution...

« Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. »
