The room was good but not exceptional but met all our requirements. The hotel is located an easy 15 minute tram ride from the centre of Zurich (No 2 tram). Overall a comfortable three night stay."

"The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel carpet was very dirty though and they do not give slippers, luckily i had my own so i didn't have to step on the carpet at all. They also did not come and clean my room during the day? They have housekeeping so not sure why they didn't. Everything else was good. Tram is a 2 min walk and it's easy to get to the city centre from the hotel. "

"After I was able to locate the key ( a little tricky, lock box is on the left side of mail boxes and hard to see) And found the door they are for ( it has very little sign with the flat nick name) everything after that was easy like a breeze. . Very comfortable for two people, nice view of sunset and field full of flowers ( spring time). Short walk to downtown ( Angel, the restaurant, is 100% worth visiting). Amazing walk across the bridge (and Swiss border) to Roman ruins. We had some problems...

This is also an automated check in hotel, so there is no hotel staff on site to help you, and you will be checking in with a machine (like an ATM) that will dispense your hotel keys. "This so-called Hotel was shut, locked, when we arrived in the evening of our booking. The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace."
