"The location can't be beat. The staffs were kind and professional. One issue we had was that someone was smoking below our window - which happened to be right above the entrance of the hotel lobby. They should have a sign prohibit smoking right in front of the hotel. In addition, the elevator is PAINFULLY slow. Especially during the check out hours when the cleaning crew and guests are all trying to use the elevator. Over all, it's a very nice and clean hotel with great staff. I hope we will get a room with a better view next time. "

Special thanks to Lia at the front desk who made check-out so smooth and kept our luggage safe.
