« Une propriété magnifique qui a toutefois besoin d'amour à l'intérieur de ses chambres. Les fenêtres claquaient à chaque fois qu'un client fermait sa porte de chambre et ce avec un boum fracassant. Le lit était defence et les meubles étaient désuets pour un hotel de cette qualité. Le souper au restaurant était parfait, le petit déjeuner inclus aussi parfait et tout l'extérieur sur le site était magique. Bien aimé mais pas certain que j'y retournerai pour le confort de la chambre. »

« It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. »

Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope. »
