We were able to be right on the beach ; watching the main firework event from our balcony! We have a family of 4 and it was fine, as far as space. (The master bedroom could benefit upgrading to a King bed). Listed Queen, but it seemed smaller. The second FULL bath was a super PLUS!! This review is UNIT SPECIFIC.
