The owner did clean everything promptly once we pointed it out. "The place was great. Very spacious, friendly staff and quiet as it is out in the woods. Very nice big breakfast. My only complaint was I made It to check in close to 9:30 and it was completely dark and no way to get in. I know it was off season but they said check in was closed at 8, but when I looked Back at my reservation it said 9:30. I probably Would have still missed it but I didnt know how small of a place it was and that it was a time slot. That was my bad but it got me a little...

"Här har tiden stått stilla.. som att resa tillbaka till 90-talet. Unken lukt i sovrummet, dåligt städat (spindelnät i taket på flera ställen. ) otroligt omodernt. ![Slovenia is full of remarkable places to visit. A few hours northeast of Ljubljana, the capital, lies a region of alpine valleys that will take your breath away. I took this photo shortly after sunrise on the ridge between two of those valleys.
Having your own set of wheels certainly makes getting around this area a lot easier. For accommodation I'd recommend Luce, a small town a stone's throw away from the action, where there are a few options.
The trails can be hard to locate and very slippery when covered with snow so tread carefully or, preferably, wait until it disappears.
