"Beautiful property in great location "

"The staff was absolutely fantastic. There is a bartender named Terrell and he is absolutely amazing. Great personality and very friendly. The only down side to this hotel is that it is located next to a night club and the windows are no where sound proof. You could hear the music they were playing until 2 in thw morning. "

"Our greeting after a long day of travel was so welcoming and felt genuine which is nice in a big city and not typical. Staff made it special just the way they took care of the smallest requests. Friendly!! Exactly what you look for in the hospitality industry."

"Great hotel! Staff is pleasant and professional. Very accommodating and aim to please. Rooms are a very good size, very clean and with plush comfortable beds. Room service is very good as are the restaurants in the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay at The Charles Hotel."

"Check in was quick, as they sent a link before arrival. Room was clean. They left a cute rubber duck in the bathroom for guests. My only complaint is that the AC was VERY loud at night while trying to sleep. "

"It was on the water, in a great area, walking distance form many historic sites. Loved the brick structures in the area, including this hotel."

"The only downside when we were visiting was that an elevator was out of order so it was a little extra longer for the wait, but the staff was amazing, view was beautiful, and so easy to get wherever you want to go without really needing more than your feet to get you there!"

"The bus stop for trolley tours was conveniently located right next to the hotel. There was a comedy club, Starbucks, and two restaurants on site. "
