Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. The room was really well equipped including a minibar, safe, hairdryer and a kettle. The breakfast was also great, I loved the locally grown cucumber and tomatoes, Slovakian traditional foods and gluten free bakery available upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best of all the hotel has a gym! The only thing for possible improvement would be the slow lift and the view around the hotel from our room. But I’d definitely recommend Yasmin to anyone who wants to stay in Košice and will stay there again!
