"Staff was exceptional everywhere (restaurant, check in, parking manager). Grounds are lovely. Easy to walk around some of UCLA (it's a huge campus), and the redtsurant is divine. And it's a non-gratuity hotel! No tipping anywhere. Great service."

Metro to downtown and grocery store to stock up fridge are a short (15-20 min) walk away. Microwave is available on request for small fee. Breakfast was a quick phone call and pickup(can be delivered for a fee). Would recommend and stay again. "

I mostly interacted with the staff in the dining room and found them to be friendly, professional and service minded. The courtyard was lovely; however, I would recommend assessment of the interior dining room tabletops. Although clean, there is a sticky residue on the wood tables. I suspect there is an easy fix. Regardless, I would definitely recommend this property. "
