"Wonderful hotel with fantastic architecture and a truly Caribbean feel. The rooms were eclectic and the outdoor shower and chaise lounges were a great surprise. The hotel is perfectly located to the center of Coconut Grove shopping and restaurants. The valet service makes it very easy to retrieve your vehicle if you should choose to go into Miami for diner."

"I am checking out tomorrow. I chose this hotel because the website said it had 24 hour in room dining, along with a coffee and juice bar and food service at the roof top pool until 7 pm. When I arrived, I found out there was no food available at all. By the time I settled into my room, went to the grocery store, and got up to the pool, I couldn't even get a soda. I've stayed in Kimptons since the mid-1990s. This experience may make me rethink my future choices. I would have had a better stay at...
