"In the heart of Times Square it’s a wonderful stay in NY that isn’t outrageously priced and close to everything. The staff is awesome, courteous, and helpful. The condition of the building isn’t perfect but few are. It is a nice hotel that is clean and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family who visit NYC. "

"Hotel location was excellent. Lovely friendly boutique hotel. We were so grateful that we were able to get an early check in after a red eye! Amorino and Starbucks right under the hotel made coffee a non-issue. Would definitely return!"

"Great location but definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Any noise in the hallway is quite audible in the room. Folks just closing their doors near your room is very noticeable. My husband and I were woken up every morning to folks leaving their rooms around 7. Other than that, the rooms are pretty big for Manhattan and the location is so convenient for the subway. "

"Staff made no flexibility in attempting to check in 1 hour early. Also , charging $1 per bag to store until room is ready seems really low class. It is not that the $1 fee is charged, but rather the fact that they have such a charge at all!!!!!"
