« The breakfast was wonderful. Something for everyone. Also the daily outdoor winter lunch was very good too. One night we had the Chef’s dinner and it really was excellent. No point arriving before your room is ready because there is literally nothing to do, even though the room may be ready, you can’t have it till 3pm. »

« Communication with staff was incredibly convenient. There is a shuttle from Hakuba and the driver greeted me warmly. Upon arrival, staff greeted me at the entrance and at check-in counter. Staff showed me to my room and my luggage was already there. Staff showed the different amenities within the room including the washer/dryer. The room was spacious and welcoming. The heated floors were always so nice after a long day after ski. The bathtub was truly amazing. I appreciated the facial care kits...
