« C’est la 3ème année que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. Proche de Saas-Fee, l’accueil est chaleureux…..hélas, personne ne parle le français! Du coup, c’est assez compliqué de communiquer! Le patron, Peter, et son personnel sont très sympa ! Très bon rapport-qualité-prix au restaurant. Petit-déjeuner copieux. »

« The place is currently 20 feet from a major construction site (Next Door). The construction workers started everyday at 7:00 AM and lasted almost until 7:00 PM (19:00). In the morning you get "wiped off your bed". We think that it is very unfair that the responsible for this site posting did not indicate anything. No one wants to go to the Swiss Alps to be bothered with heavy noise everyday. We complained about it at the local tourist office where we have been informed that this construction is...

« Très bonne situation- installations mécaniques à proximité- vue splendide sur les 4 mille mètres…. L’hôtel n’est plus au niveau d’aujourd’hui.. l’état est assez vétuste. Service agréable- Petit-déjeuner bien mais pas très varié- service de chambre parfois très lent voir un jour pas du tout… mais on se plaisait quand même bien! »

« Accueil vraiment parfait, extrême gentillesses des tenanciers, toujours prêts à rendre service, notamment avec les navettes parking ou au départ des cabines (sans supplément), vraiment très appréciable. Chambre familiale avec salle de bain neuve. Bon petit déjeuner, très bien situé, vraiment rien à redire, merci ! »
