"Our daughter was playing in the Women's National College ID Soccer Showcase and the property was within 20 mins of where we needed to be each day. We really enjoyed the location, as there were plenty of places to eat, and beach access was just about a five min walk. It was hard finding something with an extra bedroom without renting an entire house. This worked great for us, we will gladly stay here again when we come back to St. Pete."

"We had 5 people and the room was big enough for all of us. The layout was great and was exactly like the pictures. The room was very clean, and the surrounding area was also clean and inviting. The drive was super quick from the Tampa Airport, approximately 30 minutes. The staff was excellent and very helpful and accommodating. At check-in the staff was pleasant and helpful and was able to provide us with pool and beach access as we arrived very early way before check-in time. Check out was very easy. We emptied our trash and put the sign on the door that we check-out and left! The surrounding area felt very safe and nice and could walk to many things. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again."
