« I stayed in the Cypress Room - which had picture windows with a beautiful view of the cove. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was upscale- especially the shower. There was a small refrigerator and a Nespresso machine was available and well stocked. The only issue was that the room is only serviced every 3 days, which I did not expect. The housekeeping staff, when I did speak to them were always pleasant and it was easy to get additional supplies by texting the owners....

« The room was exactly as promised - roomy, comfortable, and with a well-equipped kitchenette. It had a separate entrance (shared with other rental rooms) from the owners. And the owners were friendly and available if needed. For those with disabilities - there are a lot of stairs, so this might not be for you. For everyone else, definitely recommended. »

« The location was great, the staff at the resort was great! Didn’t like that there’s no parking spot for your car when you wait for the boat to pick you up to take you to the resort. The owner tells you to park on the street where you risk being towed. Didn’t like how we were charged for extra people when we were renting the cabin that fits 10 people!! They’re we’re only 8 of us. She chargers for extra adults if there’s more than 4 adults. You have to pay for a boat taxi to get to the resort. I...

« The location is perfect and great parking. Nice view over Vancouver. Close to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain as well as fast access to Stanley Park. Most important for us was that the Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal was only 10 min. away as we left early Morning. If we had stayed downtown Vancouver, we would have had traffic issues. The Lions Gate bridge was even closed for a few hours. We never had traffic issues. »

« Well... we were very excited about our beachfront stay with the amazing views! Even spoke with the “owner” about swimming and paddle boarding out front! Little did we know, the pictures of the exterior were for the OTHER home and not the one we spent money on. We were scammed. As soon as we arrived we phoned panicking. We were told the cabin in the back was in fact what we had rented and if we had a problem to contact hotels.com!!!!! I was devastated, as we had a family weekend planned out...
