"The staff at the desk, took a really long time at check out. They were about to charge me twice for the room. I had already paid through expedia (paypal) and once there they ask me for my credit card to freeze an amount for safety (which is fine) but since they had my card in the system, they were about to do a check out on the card that was holding the safety deposit. I had to insist that I had previously paid the rental of the room through expedia(paypal). It was a bit long and uncomfortable...

"We were in Ottawa for a tournament, the location was great for us and it was not that far of a drive to the major Ottawa attractions, We booked with the included breakfast, it was a really good buffet style that included eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage all kinds of fruit, breads and yogurt, cereal etc. overall we were very happy with the breakfast options and the staff were awesome!"

I like the studio room where there are small stove, refrigerator, even dish washer you can do your own cook, good for family staying."
