"Perfect location with in walking distance of the old quarter. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we did not hear any noise from outside, on the first night we slept for 12 hours! Breakfast is great. But the most memorable was the staff of the hotel. The most loving people who would do anything to help you and make you feel welcomed. Jennie went above and beyond for us with tips and searching for the best tours."

"I checked in at 1pm, checked out at 11:30pm for a silly-o'clock flight. I just needed somewhere to relax and take a shower, so I didnt sleep there. Very close to the airport, in fact right next to the runway. Lovely pool on the roof where you can watch the planes take off and land. 👍"

"5 days stay In the hotel and at floor 7XXX. I booked my ha long bay and ninh Binh through the hotel, All the staff are friendly and breakfast are good enough. I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . We got very nice room and felt at home staying the second time in this hotel- I hardly recommend"

"The restaurant served good food and staffs are veey friendly. The only concern will be the noise from next door. My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. Hopefully the hotel should look into this, maybe the maintenance issue."
