"Cute hotel with a great location close to Saint Mark's Basilica. Huge tub, but we couldn't get the jets to work. Spacious bedroom has all the beds in it for our family of three. Very weird maze like hallway system. We had to go to the second floor to walk down a set of stairs back to the first floor to get to our room."

"We took a water bus to the stop and as we disembarked we were worried about how to get to the hotel, and after only walking about 10 steps we saw the front door. "Great classic Venetian home converted to hotel. Rooms are decorated with classic furniture and Murano chandeliers, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Bathroom needed some work, toilets flush was stuck and kept getting stuck unless you moved the level by hand, bided do not drain it was shut closed level to open it didn’t work, showers bit small and dated."
