Nous avions froid et sommes allés à la réception pour demander une couverture, on nous a dit on n’a pas de couverture, juste un drap supplémentaire. Mauvaise insonorisation. Prestations pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. La seule chose positive est la situation. »
