« Attente très longue pour le Check in. Chambre très petite, on peut à peine circuler autour du lit. Nous avions froid et sommes allés à la réception pour demander une couverture, on nous a dit on n’a pas de couverture, juste un drap supplémentaire. Mauvaise insonorisation. Prestations pas digne d’un 4 étoiles. La seule chose positive est la situation. »

« Hôtel bien situé en plein centre ville le parking payant (36€/jour) est a 5mn à pied. En revanche pour se garer près de l'hôtel pour déposer les bagages c'est un peu problématique. Accueil sympathique, personnel disponible et avenant. Petit déjeuner à 16€ et très correct. système des clés très pratique. literie par contre un peu trop "molle". »

« Désagréable : les murs sont faits en carton, on entend toutes les conversations à côté. C’est d’autant plus désagréable quand les gens veillent jusqu’à 4 h du matin et qu’on doit travailler. De plus, 160 CHF pour une nuit dans un hôtel pareil et dans un état pareil, c’est purement du vol. Cependant, le personnel est très sympathique, accueillant et agréable. »
