"Had an easy check in, all of the staff were friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, they offer bikes to use throughout the day with no extra charge. We also liked that they had secured parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nearby sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Vancouver. Almost forgot the nespresso coffee machine in the room made the best tasting coffee. ☕️"

"Hotel provides shuttle to/from the airport 2x per hour. Airport connects to the SkyTrain which made it very accessible to downtown Anchorage. We are very thankful! This property allows pets. The neighboring room had dogs that barked non-stop while they were away from the room for a few hours. Request a room away from the pets! It is within walking distance of McDonald's and Denny's Restaurants."

"The shared bathrooms was a different experience, but they were kept very clean & we never experienced a problem having access to a restroom. Not having an elevator is an inconvenience, but they are close to completing the installation of an elevator."

"Had to remember that the hotel was beside the hospital so yes the ambulances make some noise - but it was expected. Staff were awesome, always wanting to help. Our premium studio was huge, so much space! Hotel location was an easy 10-15min walk to Canada Place, HOHO bus was right outside, shopping mall less than 10min walk away, IGA less than 5min walk. Really good location for so many fun things to see and do in downtown Vancouver."
