"The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable. "

"the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence "

"Good location five minutes walk from the beach and dock. Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice breakfast area and plenty of food to choose from. "

"Boooked this as a last minute stay before heading over to IIlha grande. It was decently clean and easy to check in and very close to the marina and the bus station. "

"My boyfriend and I had a nice stay here. Very cosy place, the cabins have everything you need. The pusada serves coffee and cake every day at h17, which was very nice. The beds were a bit on the firm side, the wifi was very on and off, but apart from that, a very pleasant stay. Ilha Grande is gorgeous!"

"Foi uma estadia incrível, não tenho do que reclamar. Pessoal educado. Café da manhã incrível. Eles tem cozinheiras de mão cheia Pizza também maravilhosa. Roupas de cama limpíssimas. Eu tinha até medo de deitar e sujar. Meu fim de semana foi maravilhoso! Já estou planejando a volta com as crianças."

"Completamente abandonada! Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia. Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc… A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso. Café da manhã precário. "We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Ancoradouro! The front desk staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The sea room was fabulous, and we had a drink on it looking out at the sea. The garden too is a great spot to read a book or have a drink. They also provide beach chairs that you can take out with you. Cleaners clean the room every day. The breakfast had a wide choice of variety and fresh eggs made how you like. Coffee was avaiable at different points throughout the day to which was an unexpected bonus. Overall we loved our stay and didn't want to leave!"
