« We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. « Inn at the Woods was beautiful and tranquil. We were greeted and set up in the Forest Room, which offered a great view of the trees and the Sportsman Lake across the street. We brought our two dogs, which made great use of the nearby loop trail. It’s just a short drive from Friday Harbor town, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again! »
