But let me say this, hands down, Donnie’s Donuts have to be some of the best I’ve ever tasted. These are not just your normal treats with some fancy flavoring to hide what might be your typical cake donut. Nope, these are the perfect, fluffy yet not airy, not overly sweet yet tasty, uniquely flavored morsels of goodness that you find sometimes too often but without such mastery. Prices are spot on being that these donuts are hand made and everything is fresh. Bathroom needs a refreshment and better cleaning before guests arrival for sure. In this condition the services to customers are lacking. We were not initially informed that we had to explicitly request room maintenance or towel exchanges. We stayed at the hotel three nights, not once did personnel come in for cleaning, trash bins or anything. This said, the room, beds, pool and breakfast were fine. Location is very good as well. These are not just your normal treats with some fancy flavoring to hide what might be your typical cake donut. Nope, these are the perfect, fluffy yet not airy, not overly sweet yet tasty, uniquely flavored morsels of goodness that you find sometimes too often but without such mastery. Prices are spot on being that these donuts are hand made and everything is fresh.
