"The hotel was perfect for our pitstop on our way back to UK from Italy. The reception was open 24 hrs, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and showers were also large. The reason for giving 4 stars is that the 2 rooms were not equipped with towels or glasses for a total of 5 of us. This meant we had to go down to reception, which is fine and they had no problem giving them to us, but if it is about saving money and the environment then I do not understand why they do not ask...

"As other reviewers wrote, the properties are average but the location is almost perfect. Not busy or crowded location but easy to access the central by 15 mins walk. A mini-supermarket is close to the hotel which is also convenient. An A/C was not working and the Breakfast was lower than expectation but ok-ish. Probably we overexpected (because it's a French hotel). The toilet bulb was broken suddenly while staying. We needed to wait in the room for a technician to fix it for an hour but they...

The shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower cubicle was empty when we arrived, so we had to use our own Also, the lights above the mirror in the bathroom didn't work. "Good value for money basic hotel. Close to several good restaurants. Only negative was we arrived at 4.00pm only to find the hotel closed and a note saying it would be open at 5.00pm. As the hotels.com site shows check in after 2.00pm this was a bit disappointing. "

"We have stayed before twice and we will stay again. We arrive late at night and the instructions provided in advance allow us to access the apartment. The breakfast is ok. The apparent feels new and is clean. For a family for four this is a perfect stop over. "
