"We got to the hotel early and checked to see if we could check in early. They said they had a room and allowed us to check in. We went to our room and opened the refrigerator to put our items inside, there was still someone else’s food in the refrigerator. The cleaning lady was in the hall and we went out to ask for a garbage bag so we could clean it. She came in and emptied the refrigerator. We had no bath towels so we called down and asked for towels. They brought us up 5 bath mats as towels. We had to use those as I was in the shower waiting on the towels. I could tell the bedspread was not changed because it still smelled like women’s cologne. The toilet paper holder fell off and we could not get it fixed. We went to this hotel for our 20 th wedding anniversary and we were not pleased. "

"My criteria for hotels are safe and clean with customer service agents who take pride in their work. This hotel met all the criterias. I did pay $100 for a over sized vehicle at the lot across the street for b parking overnight but that's not on the hotel. Bonus: great location to stadiums, restaurants and the waterfront. Note: During my stay in an ADA room, I noticed that the mounted shampoo bottles were about 5 feet on the wall. If someone needed to sit to shower, that person could not reach the pumps at that height. I informed the front desk of my findings and the manager was quite receptive for a recommendation to change. Please check prior to arrival if you need ADA accommodations."
