"We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were all so welcoming, warm, and wonderful. They gave us great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat. It was walkable distance from the Flushings Chinatown and we always felt safe walking back to the hotel at the end of the night. The room is small but very clean, but we disnt mind as we weren't staying in most of the time."

View from our room overlooked a back alley and an overflowing trash dumpster. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and clean. Great room with spacious bathroom. "

"The location was amazing. Close to everything, we walked most of the time. I’m not used to the big city so was a bit frazzled the first day trying to park and unload. Joel from the staff was kind and patient with me, very friendly and helpful. The staff overall were great. The room was narrow, but to be expected in the city. There was a wait for the elevator but with 34 floors they also had to accommodate a lot of people so it didn’t bother me. My only real complaint is the bed was creaky and...
