"Our stay was awesome only slightly complaining is the breakfast. Using plastic silverware to cut a bagel was kinda hard. I also wish they had hard boiled eggs. I would definitely stay again."

"Made this reservation thru Expedia which is a terrible travel website. Help chat is the worst that I've ever used, a waste of time. Could not get door code for original reservation so went to this. Office was closed but place looked nice with folks sitting out enjoying nice Sep evening. Ran by on my way out of town and talked to desk clerk to make sure that I wasn't charged for 'no show'. Everything was good and will use this place in future, They are open year round"

"The house was very clean. The location on the Bay was so peaceful, we loved having coffee there in the morning. Our family kayaked, which the house has 3 kayaks but we also brought our own so we could all go together. It was a 15-20 min drive to the state beach which was a 20 parking fee for the day. Our family chose to go to the Indian river inlet beach, which had bathroom facilities and we had no issue with crowds or parking in August when we were there. The beds were fine and there was plenty of closet space. Central air , good water pressure. We would definitely stay here again. We had good communication with the property owner. My family really enjoyed the week there."
