« This entire experience was nothing short of amazing. At first I was apprehensive to live completely off the grid but after staying here I would definitely do it again. When we first arrived the host met us, gave us an entire tour of his property, including his beautiful animals as well as explaining what it’s like to live off grid. Made us feel right at home as if we had been friends a long time. The home was cozy, it does get a little cold so be prepared. The grill and fire pit was a nice touch...

« The resort community was great. It is sad to see abandoned golf resort buildings around the area. But the resort itself felt very safe. Despite no air conditioning, the combination of ocean breeze and ceiling fans were still great. »

« We had a lovely stay. The property was gorgeous. Lovely gardens and outdoor spaces. Inside had everything we needed and was so beautifully put together. Made us feel at home, away from home. There was even fruit and eggs for sale at the fruit stand. The host was super easy to communicate with. »

« Unexpectedly wonderful. Book so we could be close to Volcano park and it was such a great size comfortable home. Per usual for vrbo the kitchen utensils were lacking, but not enough that it took away from our family time. Being only 8 minutes from the park we were able to watch the webcams and head to the park for a show. Blessed to see the volcano in action. Thank you! »

« Great location. We got there at dusk - tropical pathway lights didn't work - most were smashed. Hot tub was not "locked up" as supposed to be - and cloudy. Did not want to chance a UTI so - no tubbing which was the whole reason we picked this little gem. Sink clogged up, wallpaper paper falling off, possible black mold on skylight above bed. No batteries in remote. We left a day early. I hope they fix it up. »

« What a lovely and cozy home away from home. So much time was spent on the lanai because being surrounded by all the lush vegetation felt like you were in a secluded forest, complete with all the sights and sounds. This place was the highlight of our time in Volcano. All the decorations were tasteful and I appreciated all the books on Hawaii. Such a lovely place. I hope to come back soon! »

« Having never stayed in a Yurt of grid i was Amazed at how nice it was. I followed the rule of laundry during the day and had no issues. I titled this country because of the chickens and dogs, if you want a quite nights rest this isn't for you. If you are used to dogs barking and roasters crowingfrom 3am on then you'll be fine. I actually Loved it there!!PS, pool had funky ladder to get in and didn't seem worth the risk But that's what the beach is for.!!Again i Loved it and would Highly...

« Effectivement, la vue est sur le cratère. Mais l'hotel est vieux et extrèmement kitch, les chambres sont meublées de la manière la plus sommaire qui soit: un lit, une table, et une salle de bain. Le strict minimum. On attendait mieux vu le prix payé...En plus, une moustiquaire inamovible à la fenêtre empêche de profiter de la vue et on se retrouve donc à admirer le cratère depuis la salle à manger. Point positif: le petit dej...miam!(mais non inclu dans le prix, et cher (13$). En bref, trop cher...
