"Fabrizio was very kind and attentive, but we only have him for one day. Good Christmas decorations and in general they made this place appealing to the eyes. Cons: Breakfast room is in basement, lobby in first floor, and rooms in second and third levels with long stairs to get to your rooms. Rooms are pretty small and they do not have heaters. They provide portable ones under request. "
