« Hicimos la reservación a través de expedia y cuando llegamos al hotel no existía nuestra reservación diciendo que ellos no trabajaban con expedia y tampoco buscaron la manera de resolvernos el inconveniente, tuve que tomar mis cosas y salir a buscar otro hotel a donde ir y encima me hicieron esperar más de 3 que según para que me entregaran la habitación y nosotros súper cansados fuimos a recorrer la ciudad y cuando volvimos nos encontramos con esta sorpresa, no recomiendo para nada este...

« The property did not have electricity. And when I booked it that detail wasn’t in the description of the cabin , I had a very bad trip because of that , at least should say no WiFi no electricity, I took my kids and was very very horrible and disappointed ! »

« The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. A white sink, toilet, etc in the middle of the jungle in pristine condition, wow. Just a great environment and a chance to actually relax because we were taken...
