"The hotel was closed - locked and chained at the gate. According to a gentleman at the gate, the hotel had NO WATER, so they had to close. Had to find another hotel in unfamiliar surroundings in Mexico, and at night. Not a pleasant experience. Submitted a request for refund -- which is pending. Expedia couldn't get ahold of anyone at the hotel, so I have to wait 72 hours before I find out if I get a refund. Very disappointed to say the least. "

"Nice air conditioned clean spacious room as advertised. Close enough to walk everywhere. Pool was perfect temperature for relaxing in after walking around all day. A bit noisy and dusty from construction, but the entire town is under construction. Nice view from the rooftop patio. We would come back here."
