« I've stayed at this hotel before. I had no problems checking in. Able to use digital key. Breakfast is included and it's reasonable. The hotel is near highway entrance. Targets, Walgreens, Jewell stores are nearby. Plenty of near restaurants to choose from. »

« Great option close to south shore line East Chicago station. Staff were all great especially the breakfast attendants. They were very friendly and had a great selection of cold and hot food. Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. »

« They could do better cleaning people rooms like when I stay there they didn't come in my room to clean it so they could have did better job when I left and came to clean my room and some of the staff the cleaning staff they they was like a two star but anything else that the area and the place that I was going is like 20 minutes away I went to the Michael Jackson family house and Gary and with like 20 minutes away and I needed to Walmart that was like 10 minutes away so everything else was okay...

« The staff was great, but there were other noisy guests and someone was smoking weed next door one night. My last night was nice and the room was clean, but some of the other rooms (I changed rooms 2 times) didn't seem as clean. However, when I asked someone to clean the hairdryer case, they did. They are responsive and kind staff members. »
