Where they really excel is that they’re extremely well fitted out, very comfortable and very clean. "As I arrived in London in the morning, I headed to the Chester in hopes of getting an early check-in. I was told that there weren't any rooms available, and that I could leave my bags there. The bags are left in the lobby so I opted for waiting to see how quickly I could get into a room. "Had an early flight from Gatwick, and this was much cheaper than staying nearer the airport. 15 min train to Gatwick from East Croydon in the morning made it ideal. The room was tight, not much space for more than a bed. But I didnt need much space. Very helpful and warm welcome by the reception staff. "
